How to Access Your Email

To check your email from a browser:

1. Go to: https://mail.mxlogin.com/
2. Login with your username (your full email address) and the temporary password provided to you.

🔒 Important: After your first login, you should change your password for security. To do this:

• Log into your account at mail.mxlogin.com.
• Scroll down in the menu pane on the left and select Settings.
• Then select Password.
• Enter your current password, your new password, confirm the new password, and then click Save at the top right on the blue bar.

Connecting to Gmail

To Import Mail Using POP3:

1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon ⚙️ then See all settings.
2. Go to the Accounts and Import tab.
3. Under Check mail from other accounts, click Add a mail account.
4. Enter your full email address and click Next.
5. Select Import emails from my other account (POP3) and click Next.
6. Settings:
   • Username: Your full email address
   • Password: Your email password
   • POP Server: heracles.mxrouting.net
   • Port: 995
   • Check: Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail
7. Choose additional options if desired (e.g., label incoming messages).
8. Click Add Account.

To Send Mail Using SMTP:

1. After adding your POP3 account, Gmail will ask if you want to send mail as this address. Choose Yes.
2. Settings:
   • SMTP Server: heracles.mxrouting.net
   • Port: 465
   • Username: Your full email address
   • Password: Your email password
   • Secure connection: SSL
3. Click Add Account.
4. Important: Gmail will send a confirmation email to your new address. You must log in to https://mail.mxlogin.com/ and open the confirmation email, then click the link inside to verify your address before you can send mail through Gmail.

Other Email Apps (General Info)

You can also set up your email on your phone, tablet, or computer. Use these settings:

• Incoming Mail Server (IMAP): heracles.mxrouting.net
• Incoming Mail Server (POP3): heracles.mxrouting.net
• Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): heracles.mxrouting.net
• Encryption: SSL/TLS recommended

Port Settings

• IMAP SSL: 993
• IMAP Non-SSL: 143
• POP3 SSL: 995
• POP3 Non-SSL: 110
• SMTP SSL: 465
• SMTP Non-SSL/STARTTLS: 25 or 587
